QUILT SHOW AND CHALLENGE ENTRY REGISTRATION FORM

We are accepting entries in the following categories:

Quilts

Fiber art

Antique Quilts

Challenge Quilts

Boho Heart Quilts (special display)


FEES:

  • Havasu Stitchers Guild Members:  FREE
  • Non-members:  $10 per entry

IMPORTANT DATES:

December 1, 2023:  All challenge quilts and entry forms are due .

January 8-19, 2024:  Challenge quilts will be on display at the Lake Havasu City Hall.

January 5, 2024:  All quilt registration is due, either paperwork or online.  

January 17, 2024:  Drop off display quilts at the general meeting.

January 19-20, 2024:  Quilt drop-off will be January 19 in the afternoon and January 20 in the morning at Eileen's home.

February 2-3, 2024:  Quilts are on display at our Quilt Show.

February 3, 2024:  Quilt pickup begins at 5:30 p.m. or ASAP as tear-down permits. 

  • You MUST have photo ID to pick up your quilts.  You may authorize a secondary pickup person on your entry form.  They MUST present a photo ID that matches the information you provide.

LIABILITY:

  • Havasu Stitchers will take every reasonable precaution to safeguard all quilts and fiber art during this show, but Havasu Stitchers will not be held liable for damage or loss beyond insurance limitations.
  • Please check your homeowner's insurance policy to ascertain the extent to which your entries may be covered.
You have the option of filling out your quilt registration form online.  This form has been provided by June Trubia and will aid her in organizing all quilt information. You can click on the link or scan the QR code OR you can print out the PDF form below.  Printed forms are also available at the general meetings.  For your Challenge quilt, make sure you indicate what Arizona place or thing you are representing.  Check it out!
