Road to California Pic

The Arizona Quilters Guild has planned a "Road Trip" to the Road to California Quilt Show in Ontario, California for January 2016. To accommodate members in the Phoenix area and other remote locations, we have createdtwo trip options. Please note that the "No Bus to Road to California Trip" and the "Bus Trip to Road to California Trip" registrations have two separate payment plans. The "No Bus Trip" option does not include the cost of the "bus trip" for those who do not wish to ride the bus.


The bus will pick up at the Tempe Costco and the Avondale Costco onWednesday, January 20.


All registrants may participate in the shopping trips to the Quilt in a Day quilt shop in San Marcos, California on Wednesday and Monica's Quilt and Bead Creation in Palm Desert, California on Saturday for several hours of shopping fun. 


We will be staying at the Doubletree Hotel in Ontartio which is across the street from the Ontario Convention Center. The dinner speaker Wednesday evening is Pat Knoechel.  


Thursday and Friday are “on your own” days allowing you to take classes if you prefer or visit the vendor mall and the quilt show. Saturday, January 23,will find us headed back to Arizona with a wonderful stop at Monica’s Quilt and Bead Creation in Palm Desert, California. Fun, games and prizes will be the order of the day aboard the AQG bus.

The total cost for the Road to California "No Bus Trip" is $295.  


The total cost for the Road to California "Bus Trip" is $385.
